My husband and I stayed here for 2 nights on our honeymoon while in transit to Koh Phangan. Although we were only here for a short time, I wished that we had decided to book here again on our way back from Koh Phangan.

The staff were delightful and professional and the pickup from the airport and tour of the village the owners' son gave us was very helpful.

If you are looking for super soft white sands and a swimming beach that stretches for miles, or swimming laps in a pool, you will have to go elsewhere. Frankly, I prefer this beach to being bombarded by hawkers every 10 minutes on Chaweng beach or elsewhere, no matter if the sand is softer ....

But if you are looking for an extremely positive experience all around and relaxing atmosphere for lounging around, drinking beer on your deck, reading a book, walking around very cute Bophut village at night, etc. this is the place for you. I've stayed in 3 hotels in Samui and this is the best out of the 3 so far and will stay here again when traveling to Samui.

Echo everything all other reviews have said. Great location for the village, clean and tidy accommodation, good price, good breakfast. Sue really wants everyone to have a wonderful time and takes great pride in her hotel. Good place to stay for a few days in samui.

This a wonderful "old-world" hotel. We loved being greeted by Robin with a Gin and Tonic after a harrowing ferry from Koh Phangan. The rooms were very nice and comfortable. We stayed in the family apartment and then moved to the family bungalow. We liked both but surprisingly we liked the apartment better because the kids had their own bathrooms. The hotel really was great - we didn't love Koh Samui though. We enjoyed the island much more after Robin helped us rent a car.

The kids (14, 13, 9) could go for breakfast on their own and hang out at the hotel and watch a movie when we went out for dinner in the area. The area was pleasant for a few nights of walking around but a vehicle was very handy to get around the island to see the sights.

If you will visit Bohput on Koh Samui, the best hotel you can stay is the Waterfront Bophut hotel.
It's has the most lovely view and place of Bophut.
The hotel is not so very big, but therefore it is very cosy and very personal.
From the first day we arrived at the hotel, Sue, the owner of the hotel, and her staff have given us a warm welcome with some cold drinks and cold towels.
We had the family room which is very comfortable, very clean and every day clean towels for the shower and also for going to the beach.

The staff and Sue made a very nice surprise on the bed of our son, when he had his birthday. These are the little things that's make you feel very special. Nothing was too much.

The breakfast of the hotel is very complete, tastfull and a rich choice of options. We had breakfast on the beach terrace every day and this is very good start of the day.

The swimming pool is not very big, that could be a larger,,,, But for children ok to play in.

The bar was cosy, also in the evening/early night with a friendly bar tender who also kept a eye for your safety whilst you are asleep.

The staff is nice and always friendly and smiling and always willing to help you.

We definitely recommend this hotel if you have plans to visit Bophut's Fishermens Village on Koh Samui.
