We just returned from a beautiful trip to Argentina and despite returning t o a busy NY winter, we had to log on and tell other travelers what a pleasure this hotel was. Although the hotel is beautiful, spotless and has a delicious breakfast, our favorite "feature" was the kind, helpful, very accomodating staff. If you are traveling without a group/tour package, and might need to rely on your hotel's staff to assist with reservations, answer your questions about Spanish language and/or Argentine culture, where to go out, etc., this hotel's staff was so responsive, organized and kind, it blew us away.

We were looking to stay in the Palermo Viejo area in Buenos Aires and found this brand new hotel after much online surfing and after contacting a number of other hotels that were all booked solid. We spent 4 nights there and thought the hotel was great. The common areas and rooms were new, clean, and well-decorated. The staff was accommodating, friendly, and able to provide recommendations for restaurants and other sightseeing activities. The hotel was also significantly cheaper (about US$100 per night) than others we had priced in both Palermo Viejo and Recoleta. The only reason I didn't give the hotel 5 stars is because the location listed on their booking website is slightly misleading -- it's actually 6 or 7 blocks outside the Palermo Viejo area on a more urban street.
