We checked in for a few nights as we were attending a conference there. Our major grouse was that the counter staff were rather rude and not friendly at all. We called to say that we had only parked the car one night but found on our bill that they had charged us for 3 (its 20 USD per night by the way). And when we extended our room from the check-out time of 12 noon to 6pm, they charged us USD 75 but didn't even bother to give us fresh towels or make the beds. When we asked them what time the shuttle for the airport was leaving they pretty much told us that it wasn't their responsibility to know.
The rooms themselves were fine, we had one on the 5th floor and it was newly renovated although the building itself is old. One thing we did notice was the this Marriott is much stingier than other Marriotts. They didn't provide us with any amenities (shower gels came in tiny bottles) and the toilets were very small indeed. If you're heavier than 150 pounds, you might have issues brushing your teeth at the sink because its practically on top of the toilet seat.
