The hotel is good for location to the airport, it was clean, and the restaurants were good, breakfast was great.

Sadly the rooms are very run down, and need upgrading.

Good for the price for a one night stay.

I spent just one day in July at the Hilton Los Angeles on my way back to the east coast. I have stayed there before, and the service was just as excellent as always. Check-in is quick, they arrange for your parking lot ticket, and then I am off to a great room.
It is close to LAX and the rental car locations, so I can drop off my car the night before and take the hotel shuttle. The staff is friendly and helpful from the doorman to the check in to the shuttle diver.
They have several choices off the lobby to eat and drink. The Hilton has the best variety of all the hotels near LAX.
I use the shuttle to go to the airport. I do not remember a driver that was a pleasant and worked to help everyone with their luggage and make sure they got off at the right stop. I know it is hard to stand out as a shuttle driver, but this person did. The attitude of all the staff is just great.
In my travels I stay at a lot of hotels, and I look forward to my stay at the Hilton. The staff is great, the rooms are always clean and comfortable, there a lots of choices to eat and drink, and the internet access works every time.
I highly recommend the Hilton when you are in Los Angeles.

My husband and I were scheduled for an afternoon flight to Tokyo on a Tuesday. Even though we could have driven to LAX on Tuesday morning (about 90 minutes), we opted to spend Monday night at the LAX Hilton. We wanted to get the CA freeways out of the way before the day of our long flight.
The LAX Hilton has always provided a pleasant, convenient "first stop" on our overseas sojourns. We've spent the night there prior to long trips several times and will do so again. We have found the beds to be notably comfortable and the room service surprisingly delicious. We arrive at the airport on hotel-provided transportation , calm and rested and ready to stand in those long crowded lines at the terminal.

We stayed here on an overnight stop between a domestic and international flight. We arrived late at night, however the room type requested was still available, and check-in was quick & easy.

The room was very clean & and spacious for the price paid. Room service late at night was of excellent quality and arrived quickly.

We were able to delay our check-out as we had a late flght the next day, and therefore had a good nights sleep before the next leg of our journey.

I needed to purchase some extra items & had no idea where to find them. The concierge came to my rescue within seconds, directing me to the exact place, which was only minutes away by taxi

My experience with staff at all levels was positive & I would recommend this hotel to any traveller.
