stayed here the night before i took a flight.. everything is fine.. i have problems with my door latch... called, they come up within 10 mins to fix it.. the only thing bad was the room service was expensive, but that's every hotels...

I am American living in Australia. I make approximately 2 trips per year to the USA. I usually stay at Hilton LAX for the convience. As a woman travelling alone I feel comfortable and secure and do appreciate your helpful and friendly staff. I enjoy using the Trolly facility to the local shopping center. I will continue to use Hilton in my travels.

Our stay at the Hilton was very comfortable and easy. The staff were pleasant and extremely helpful, and despite the huge numbers of people coming and going at the hotel, we felt that we were well taken care of and not anonymous. The convenience to the airport was also a plus. I would definitely feel comfortable recommending this hotel to anyone.

We frequently use a park and fly hotel near LAX, but this was the first time we'd used the Hilton. The price was almost the same as the other hotel but it was so much nicer! The bed was wonderful, the hotel is very comfortable with most amenities, the valet service was excellent and prompt. We're definitely staying here next time.
