We had cause to use this great hotel twice in our recent holiday, we were first introduced to this hotel by our airline after an uncheduled delay in our ininerary and subsequently needed a complimentary overnight stopover. We were not happy about the situation but on arrival at the Hilton in our aggitated state we were immediately put at ease with the swift checkin and cleanliness of our room. The use of the swimming pool was an added bonus and the 'hot-tub' was relaxing. Our evening meal & breakfast had a great choice and all looked freshly prepared.
The courtesy shuttle bus to the airport runs continuously 24/7 and if you just miss it a 15 minute wait is very acceptable. Towards the end of our vacation we altered our plans to spend time in Mexico & immediately decided to book ourselves in the Hilton for our required overnight stay between flight connections.
Our second room was larger than the first and all amenities were in place, again we were very impressed with the overall whole experience & would not hesitate to book this Hilton again if we return to L.A.
We booked direct online and chose the 'cheap' option of 'any available room' on arrival and it all worked perfectly.

stayed here the night before i took a flight.. everything is fine.. i have problems with my door latch... called, they come up within 10 mins to fix it.. the only thing bad was the room service was expensive, but that's every hotels...

I am American living in Australia. I make approximately 2 trips per year to the USA. I usually stay at Hilton LAX for the convience. As a woman travelling alone I feel comfortable and secure and do appreciate your helpful and friendly staff. I enjoy using the Trolly facility to the local shopping center. I will continue to use Hilton in my travels.

Our stay at the Hilton was very comfortable and easy. The staff were pleasant and extremely helpful, and despite the huge numbers of people coming and going at the hotel, we felt that we were well taken care of and not anonymous. The convenience to the airport was also a plus. I would definitely feel comfortable recommending this hotel to anyone.
