We couldn't have been happier with our stay at the Gardens for our 10th anniversary. We were greeted warmly (with champagne!) and were immediately assisted with parking, dinner reservations, and a personal tour of the property. We could've lounged around the pool and gardens our entire stay, it was so lovely. Our room was appointed with everything we could want, and although we were nearby the pool, all was quiet when we wanted to sleep. The breakfasts were far more than expected for "continental" - pastries, cheese, fruit, hardboiled eggs, french toast, teas, juices, coffees. The poolside bar opened each afternoon, and the bartenders were willing to make whatever we might want! It was also such a short walk to Duval Street and great restaurants and nightlife; the location was excellent. I also found that the clientele of the hotel tended to be more sophisticated than at others where we've stayed in Key West, lending to the enjoyable ambience. In other words, nobody was playing drinking games at the pool or having loud conversations.

My husband and I found this place quite by accident during a recent stay in Key West. We were evacuated from our resort and found refuge with The Gardens. While it was an unexpected detour to our week-long trip, we would not have traded the experience we had. The staff was welcoming and thoroughly accomodating. The grounds were beautiful and the rooms nicely decorated and very clean. From the moment you check in they make you feel completely at home and will go out of their way to make your stay more enjoyable. We especially enjoyed the company of others in the pool area and main lobby area. They have just recently upgraded their beds to give a fabulous night's sleep! We hated to leave, but only got to stay just a couple of nights before returning to the place we had already booked for the week and paid for. I highly recommend this place. It is quiet, but there are fun things to do if you are interested. It is very close to Duval street and lots to eat and see well within walking distance.

My husband and I chose The Garden Hotel for our 1st anniversary vacation. We stayed for 5 nights and loved every day we spent relaxing there. We were welcomed with a glass of champagne and a personal walk to our room. We started each day with a prepared/served breakfast outside on their patio. After a morning activity in town, we would come back and relax at the pool each day, with a summer drink from the outdoor bar, blending in with the beautiful gardens that surrounded us. We loved the intimate ambience and friendly staff. Our room was updated and spacious. The location is perfect...A close walk to all! You can't go wrong with The Garden Hotel. Enjoy!

I am afraid I can take no credit for picking the Gardens Hotel for our week long stay in Key West, thanks for that goes to my wife and her prowess on the internet. Having travelled from the Middle East it was a welcoming sight to pull into the lush surroundings of the Hotel.
We had a great stay and cannot fault the hotel and the incredible staff in any way. Their knowledge of the area and the best sights and restaurants made the holiday perfect.
The room we stayed in was spacious and well equipped, providing a relaxing environment after a day of sight seeing and museum trips.
The hotel itself is perfecty situated, close enough to the best of what Key West has to offer, yet far enough away from the hustle and bustle to allow you to unwind.
The Hotel is a must for any traveller or holiday maker and a place I hope to frequent on may occasions in the future.
