This hotel and its staff are AMAZING. We were going to use the check-in kiosk but a friendly staffer (a young lady) came and greeted us and offered to help us at the desk. Another staffer held the elevator for me when I was getting luggage upstairs, and the young men at the desk spoke to us every single time we passed. To top it off, the manager, TIM, is one of the nicest, most professional people on the planet. Against the tourism channel's advice, we ordered pizza from a flyer under our door. Over an hour later, when we had trouble getting the pizza and the business was extremely rude, Tim actually talked to them and informed them that they were not welcome on the premises and not authorized to pass out the room flyers. He stepped in and helped us deal with the uncomforatable situation THEN offered to cook us pizzas himself, brought them up to the room, and didn't even charge us. He really saved a bad situation. As for the room, the whole reason we ordered pizza was because we wanted to stay in and enjoy the super nice sitting area, colossal TV, and order a movie off PPV. What a treat after a week-long conference!!! Having the sink area and separate bed area was so nice. We were even able to comfortably invite up a business colleague to join us since we had a sitting area. Oh, and we loved the little bistro that was available 24-7 downstairs--how nice. I LOVE this hotel, and I've stayed in the nicest, most expensive hotels in the country with my travels. Thanks to the great quality and EXCELLENT service, I'd stay here and recommend this hotel ANY TIME!!!
