I gave this hotel 4 stars because of how nice the hotel in general was. The elevators were very fast and felt strong and new. The food in the restaurant was amazing and the restaurant had a very cool atmosphere. The lobby had a feel of an upper 4 star hotel. The shower in the room was very nice as well as the space in the room. I felt very at home and comfortable.
The reason I left off the 5th star is because not one employee I encountered really wowed me. When I checked in, nobody was at the front desk and I watied patiently. After a few minutes I yelled "hello?" and someone finally came out and gave me an ok checking. Nothing specail though. I went to the giftshop and there was a girl on her cell phone talking. I tried to get her attention because I wanted to know if the newspaper was free but she did not want to get off her cell phone. When she finally got off her phone she said to me "What? I don't understand what you say to me". I told her nevermind and then I asked her if the internet in the giftshop was free or there was a charge? She responded "Internet no work. Not free anyway", then she returned to her call on her cell phone. I also ordered a movie which stopped playing after 5 minutes. I called downstairs and they said they would take it off. When I checked out in the morning, once again there was nobody at the front desk and I had to yell "hello?" again. When I saw my bill, they did not take my movie off, the clerk in the morning fixed the problem though. When I left the hotel to go to the airport. I used their free shuttle. The driver seemed annoyed that I needed to use it. He did not say one word to me at all. Just made annoyed faces. He did not even say bye to me or offer to open the door when I left. I did infact have a great experience with the restaraunt staff. They were very friendly and socail and the food was great!
